I have always welcomed and open to criticism. Need not be constructive. But with same measure as you apply for VIP's and their folks. You can't distinguish. Secondly it can be by sms , email, or in private and not purposely in public as to show down and to pamper your ego. Ofcourse issue based debate can be openly on social media.

So dear all, I welcome my personal criticism ( to learn and improve more) on atholiya@gmail.com It is well said that Nindak niyre rakhiye so only well wisher can dare to point out your mistake , lapses and only non egoist and open to improvement person can take criticism.

If present day politicians and bureaucrats had any metal with in and had pure heart then instead of getting angry they will welcome criticism and would have improved instead of now getting boots/ jail/ loosing elections, spoilt children. ........Alok
