As  usual my self own my own found that there is some development in my right eye. No one believed me initially. Even eye specialist did not diagonise nor first believed what I was saying as I am just 58. Then he must have realised I may have Glaucome.Doc then sent me for tests .
Great news. 75% vision in my right is permanently lost. These are messages from almighty that has started liking me and considering my name for his invite list and Yamdut is busy so unless it is urgent it may take few years for him to send me invite.
In the meanwhile he has given me time to :
1. Stretegise my plans for retirement
2. enjoy more time with meditation and keep in touch with him
3. spend some time on health so I am less burden to active members in family ( but I hv to develop will power as knowing that is not enough)
4. Given me alert to Beautifully design my will and last testamount.
5. Increase pace of good work for humanity ( next item on agenda is Ambulance for society).( my novel idea  Day crache / Palna Ghar for Dada Dadi ( Sr. citizens ) so earning members can attend to office/ emergency seems little distant)
6. Tour some  distinations longed for whole life that one day I will be free and will be able to find time. Finally I thought post my dear daughters marriage I will be free when  I hand over her to a loving , caring , honest , character worthy husband and his family but .....but if wishes were horses  fools would ride. As badluck was chasing me
7. I will now be able to raise more vehemnetly issues dear to me , fight for right, RTI, activism, fight police and courts who have different procedures and standadrds for different set of people and so on.
Hope you will enjoy , celebrate and become enlightened with this news of my loss of 75% vision and take it as a step reaching near and dear GOD and will not waste time on asking several questions on this development.

NIH urges dilated eye exams to detect glaucoma

Statement of NEI Director Dr. Paul A. Sieving for Glaucoma Awareness Month

The National Eye Institute (NEI), a part of the National Institutes of Health, observes Glaucoma Awareness Month each January by encouraging Americans at higher risk for glaucoma to schedule a comprehensive dilated eye exam and to make a habit of doing so every one to two years. While anyone can get glaucoma, people at higher risk include African Americans age 40 and over; adults over the age of 60, especially those who are Mexican American; and people who have a family history of the disease.
Glaucoma is a major cause of vision loss in the United States and it is becoming more prevalent as our population ages. About 2.7 million Americans 40 and older have primary open-angle glaucoma, the most common form, and this number is expected to grow. Several large studies have shown that eye pressure is a major risk factor for optic nerve damage. In open-angle glaucoma pressure inside the eye rises to a level that may damage the optic nerve. When the optic nerve is damaged from increased pressure, vision loss may result. "Vision Problems in the U.S.," a report released in 2012, by Prevent Blindness America and NEI, predicts that by 2030 the disease will affect 4.2 million Americans.
Glaucoma can be detected in its early stages through a comprehensive dilated eye exam before vision loss occurs. During this exam, drops are placed in the eyes to dilate, or widen, the pupils. This allows an eye care professional to examine the optic nerve for signs of damage and other possible problems. An eye pressure test alone is not enough to detect glaucoma. People in the higher risk categories should not wait until they notice a problem with their vision to have an eye exam. Primary open-angle glaucoma often has no symptoms in its early stages, so people may not know they have glaucoma until they start to have noticeable vision loss.
NEI leads the nation's vision research efforts and is committed to finding better prevention, detection, and treatment of eye diseases and disorders. In 2012, NEI invested $71 million in a wide range of studies to understand causes and potential areas of treatment for glaucoma.
The broad scope of NEI-funded glaucoma research ranges from gene therapy to stem cells, drug treatments, vaccines to protect the optic nerve cells, advanced imaging tools to view the retina and optic nerve, and new techniques to study glaucoma disease mechanisms, such as new mouse models that simulate glaucoma. These models enable scientists to study how increased eye pressure causes optic nerve cell death. For more information about glaucoma research programs at NEI, visit http://www.nei.nih.gov.
As part of its National Eye Health Education Program (NEHEP), NEI develops a variety of education materials in English and Spanish describing the leading causes of blindness, including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, and cataracts. To learn more about glaucoma, how to keep your eyes healthy, tips for talking with your eye care professional, the benefits of getting a comprehensive dilated eye exam, and where to get financial assistance for eye care, visit http://www.nei.nih.gov/glaucoma. The NEHEP also develops materials for health educators and community organizations to conduct educational sessions in their community about glaucoma. New this year is the Keep Vision in Your Future Glaucoma Toolkit. To find educational resources available from NEHEP, visithttp://www.nei.nih.gov/nehep/programs/glaucoma.
The National Eye Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health, leads the federal government's research on the visual system and eye diseases. NEI supports basic and clinical science programs that result in the development of sight-saving treatments. For more information, visit http://www.nei.nih.gov.
About the National Institutes of Health (NIH): NIH, the nation's medical research agency, includes 27 Institutes and Centers and is a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. NIH is the primary federal agency conducting and supporting basic, clinical, and translational medical research, and is investigating the causes, treatments, and cures for both common and rare diseases. If the civil society, media do not support ACP Dhoble and remain silent and Priya Datta and other footpath encroachiong mafia are allowed to rule this city then they will enter your hiouses one day and sold out system will do nothing. So rise and raise voice.

WAYS:
  1. Condemn Priya Datt and her footpath snatchers.
  2. Wave black flag / host black flag in your balconies facing road
  3. hold street corner meetings and spread awareness
  4. collect statistcics of work done by ACP Dhoble which was never ever done before
  5. collect data on fines cooleected by him
  6. reduction in road accidents due pedestrians able to walk safely
  7. reduction in noise pollution due to smooth flow of traffic and stoppage of notories food business running till 4 am
  8. tell people what are the laws against illegal encroachers on road and why govt was sleeping over it due to pressure from UP , Bihar and Bangladesh mafia
  9. We demand accident free roads
  10. we demand noise free locality
  11. we demand green and beautiful Santacruz east
  12. And which was only given by true Marathi Manoos ACP Dhoble and he was always doing what law said .
  13. I want to know when smuggling, prostitution, communal riots and such things happen then Priya Datt and such people do not ask for transfer of Police and serious crime happens in the area then they do not ask for any action on slack police and courts , when innocent complainents do not get ear at police station then Priya Datt is not seen but when hawkers the law breakers illegal settlers causing traffic jams , accidents then Priya wales up from her Kumbhakarna sleep , why????? It is said in her constituency hafta business of Rs 7 crores a week!!!
And then why Datt and other politicians do not demand more BMC markets , more commercial area, more shop line, authorised stalls allowed in compound of building ( for those owners / society who want it) etc etc.. I can legally settle most of these small business man doing business from gutter and causing flooding etc but then hafta will stop to certain extent so they import illegal migrants and settle them on your head and manke money.

I am interested in supporting all and one if they protest against the transfer of ACP Dhoble who gave lot of relief to citizens of Santacruz East. Pl. let me know if I can be of any assistance in this direction.
