This is a misguiding email. Please note that this vigorous coughing helps patients with myocardial infarction with arrhythmias, who are likely to go into Ventricular Fibrillation. This violent cough acts as a cardiac massage due to repeated chest compressions. In a patient who has a massive myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shocks his /her condition could worsen due to this heavy workload on the heart because of violent cough. The individual has no idea whether he/she has arrhythmias or is in cardiogenic shock. I am giving an logical explanation, you may confirm from a cardiologist.

Sachin does not qualify for the award because the rule give this only for
social service, art etc not for sports. And in any case he plays for himself
... a consultant advises him which matches to play and which ones not to ...
He balances between risk to health and money flowing in. So need at all for
this award. Instead the cricket hype should be toned down by the media so
that precious timeof Indians is not wasted

corruption faced by we small exporter at following department but nothing happen or repllied received so

far.Communicating with Govt. is always one way road.Reason Shri Anna Hazare wake up youth of this

country about Jan Lok pal Bill,recently.i.e.5th April 2011 A Historical day which bend Corrupt Babu/Netas.

My fire brand many letter are published by EEPC Magazine2010,who's mentor is Government of india /Brown

Angraze who never bothered to reply or improved or simplyfy any procedure for we small Exporters.

i.e.1 man 1 Pc Kind of tiny Exporter.I set up my Export Business in Vakola- Chhabra Compound during

1994 and uptill today non stop Exporting very Precision Engineering goods to Saudi Arabia,Africa & USA.

Due to high corruption i am facing hell lot of problems but i am helpless as i have to think for my two small

kidos life and peace of mind at home.But Now i have decided to join Anna Hazare's 2nd round of Fast to

death program in Aug.2011 as i have no other option to get justice.

High Corruption Observed by me personally at following Local body,State & Central Govt.Office.

01) BMC Rs10000/- for Lic's Renewal Year 2010

02) Mumbai Sales Tax-Mazgaon Pay Cash for Quick Export H Form delivery.

We did not pay our Forms are not despatched uptill 4 Month

where as std.Norm is within 3 week delivery.

We are yet to receive VAT refund above Rs 5O.OOO/-

Since year 2005-2006.

03) Police Just making NC & making good Money than no Communication

With Crime victim a speciallity of Mumbai Police.Thanks,Criminal

rome bindhas & go scote free.

04) Income Tax Almost 9 year i have not Received Income Tax Refund.

05) Excise We refuse Export of Excisable goods worth several lacs/year.

Due to lengtht-Time consuming hard copt rotation process.

just single Page we have to pay Rs.600/- to Clark.i.e. Proof

of Export.

06) Airport/Victoriya gate Taking out one parcel in time Rs.500/- Minimum

Postal Customs For Machine parts several thousand in Cash.

07) Octroi We are forced to Pay 5.5% Octroi tax on semi finished Exportgoods.

08) Nationalised Banks : White Elephant do not work without Bribe & Commission.

Modern day sahukar

09) Pollution dept : Even we dont have Water connection sent us Show cause Notice.

Its very sad greedy Maharashtra -Mumbai govt. has no solution for Earning just Rs.5000cr/annum

from Octroi tax- which is killing indian Export since many decades & Filmy Jokers/Cricket pattu get

Tax-Examption.i.e'.Film Copy right script & Fil city Redvelopment.Eqaully same for Cricket promostion

many crores of Rupees wasted behind stadium development & its equipment imports.

Octroi greed is so high Maharashtra govt, willl make Mumbai limit up to Palghar or may be Talasari

end of maharashtra border but in return nothing will get to Mumbais High tax paying citizens.Nothing

will change unless & untill we get united thro Anna Hazare & support his/ours deram of Jan lok pal bill

& Punish White coller criminals who are looting india any without fear.
