Dear Sri. Tholiya,

   I appreciate your public spirited attitude to take action to reduce food adulteration.  I am from a consumer NGO, Mysore Grahakara Parishat. We have been very active in taking up this issue for the last over 20 years. Every year during the celebration of world consumer day, we have demonstration in pubic places to show how food adulteration can be detected by some simple tests to create awareness. We also take random food samples and test for adulteration. 

   We are lucky in having a food expert Sri C V Nagaraj ( cvnagraj23@gmail.com, phone 994 565 1990). He has conducted more than 2000 food adulteration demonstration in and around Mysore. He has a small food testing lab right in his house. He has also developed a small kit to detect some food adulteration. Please contact him if possible over the phone. He can give you some good suggestions on how to start a lab. 

  Again my appreciation for your interest. If we have more public spirited citizens like you India will be a different place.
