Thanks for the suggestion (and apologies for reverting so late!) You are right - we haven't yet had a section on this. We are actually starting a Relationships section shortly - in Jan 2012, though it may not be in the form of a Q&A.

My dear Tholia
I am member of your group and read all the mails and blogs you send. I read the mail of defrauding of clients by time share companies. I am a member of CLUB MAHINDRA Holidays unlimited from 1999 for 32 years. I have not been able to use the timeshare for last 10 years because of very heavy annual maintenance charges which are now so much that in that amount one can book 5 star hotel any where in the world. I have not paid AMC for last 4 years and they even do not respond me on my email. I am in a fix as to what to do now. I invested about Rs 4 Lakh in 1998-99 for a one bed room time share for one week. Please advise.

No Jain organisation thought to help / assist / promote/ or appriciate.Yet they (Shri Ashok Jain of Akar and shri B L Tholiyaji, practicing Cost accountant) were doing same for 17 years ( ofcourse with the help of their own staff and wellwishers like Shri D C Jain/Patodi). In our samaj only donors ( for pratishtha,samuhik bhojan) get recognition and not the one who does something directly for Samal and its members.My father is not able to draft/ prepare matter of same due to his age 89 years and health.Sorry. But that is not the reson to stop same but the apathy of Samaj which does not produce 2nd order to take over for reasons mantioned above. One day same will be fate of my matrimonial site www.digambarjains.com . Why should any one from my family/ friends / staff should put in effort for a thankless job.And if same time and money I had given in some boli then may be I would be on dias treated as VIP. Money (dhan) is must but those who put their valueable time, efforts must be equally treated so that more volunteers come forward. If u find some other source then pl. let me know as I too would like to buy some copies. If you can also find someone who can prepare Darshika matter as per Digambar Jain calender then pl. advise.We are willing to pay for same.
